Everything but the Spider is currently building a custom, HIPPA compliant, online software for a clinical therapy practice. We have analyzed the client’s current offline business practices and have developed an online system that will reduce scheduling conflicts, authorization errors that result in lack of payment for services rendered, and administrative time spent locating and entering data. The core of the client system has been built already, along with the insurance authorization/verification processes. We are currently writing the client accounting and therapist payroll systems. The software will be live by the end of the year and will be ready to sell on the marketplace in the Spring of 2011.
